Lead the Specialty teams and special projects along with Collections teams in Greenville NC and Irving TX . Span includes 120 FTE. Effectively communicate vision, goals, performance, and changes to team members in the organization. Create and maintain a high performing culture. Select and develop leadership talent to ensure the success of the organization. Serve as subject matter expert on company or departmental initiatives that impact collections. Ensure compliance with internal policy and procedure. Communicate, and prioritize issues and opportunities to improve the operation and effectiveness of the collections organization.

Philadelphia Pa

Support the 9 Regional Business Centers in the Markets total of 7 billion in auto loans outstanding. Communicate corporate initiatives, standards, and priorities to the field. Proactively work with the Managers to ensure consistency and effective execution. Provide manager training, guidance, and oversight for the RBC’s on strategy, policy, audit, and compliance areas. Work with the RBC and Collections Manager to hire, develop talent, and ensure the proper staffing level in each office. Partner with the Market/Regional Managers acting as collections expert advisor. Serve as business lead or subject matter expert while working with business partners across the organization on policies and servicing strategies impacting the collections organization.

Develop and implement Branch collection strategy to reduce losses and control delinquency in the Houston region. Managed workflow, productivity, and expenses to exceed RBC goals. Implemented branch level controls to ensure audit and compliance requirements are met. Select, train, develop, and motivate staff to consistently meet or exceed RCC and personal development goals.
