In this role, I call upon my experience and background across the energy industry to provide strategic business and policy guidance to the Firm's Energy and Utilities clients. The energy industry is facing a time of significant change in terms of both policy and business models. My experience as a lawyer and business leader make me well situated to aid clients as they address these new challenges and opportunities.

I served as leader of the Regulated Utilities Market for the U.S. Strategic Business Unit. My direct reports included the President and CEO of both Indianapolis Power and Light and Dayton Power & Light. These two regulated utilities serve almost one million customers in Indiana and Ohio. I was also accountable for the strategic business planning for both utilities. Additionally, my responsibilities included all Regulatory, Legislative and Stakeholder management issues for the regulated businesses in the U.S.
