Operational excellence is what I strive for in my role which I balance strategically with a growth minded focus. Achieving the optimal out of my team and colleagues is an intrinsic skill I utilise to mentor and grow them.My ability lies in gaining a true understanding of what the real solutions is; this is what is required to make a difference to clients. I do this by understanding the operating environment and then balancing the risk, performance and cost to achieve the optimal solution. My ideal is to leave a lasting solution that is easily adopted, maintained and improved upon by the client. It is through these activities that I am energised and driven. I have extensive experience operating in an international context having run both teams and projects across various international territories. The complexities are always around cultural and language differences and the key is to get an immediate understanding and identifying what can be used as a positive influencer. I thrive under these international complexities.
