Design, Implement and support DMZ network infrastructure. Also support APC infrastructure using AspenTech DMC and RTO applications and sub systems like AspenWatch, RTOWatch and CIM-IO for three different DCS systems. Support many versions of the Honeywell Uniformance and Business Flex Systems. Support many Emerson systems like Emerson Machinery Health Manager, Emerson Device Manager and Emerson Wireless Gateway. Also support PAS systems like Integrity and Plant State Suite.

IT Manufacturing System Specialist for the plant. Support, troubleshoot and program on a Honeywell TDC 3000 System. Responsible for adding and removing of points on this system as well as assigning keys, groups and graphics. Other duties include supporting the Aspen IP21 process historian system in Sarnia and Midland, MI. This includes adding and removing points from the IP21 system as well as troubleshooting and programming SQL commands in this environment. I also ensure critical loops are performing according to metrics. During my spare time I still do some Lotus Notes programming.

IS Network Administrator for the plant. Installed and supported a Novell 4.1 Network. Later migrated from Novell to NT. Supported around 100 users in a Microsoft Environment. Responsible for IS budget and staff. Did development work in Lotus Notes, Crystal Reports, Gupta SQL Windows and Microsoft Access. Also supported the IBM AS/400. Most of the work around the AS/400 was system operator based. i.e. tape backup, working with active jobs, IPL etc

System Administrator for the Refinery Maintenance System (RMS)Duties: Setting up users with proper security levels on RMS. Perform data maintenance and troubleshooting for RMS while resolving business/system problems in a Material & Contracting Department. Create (MVS-EZT) stewardship and ad hoc reports. Test new and updated modules of RMS to ensure data integrity. Install, support, and develop M&C applications on a Novell Network. Create, maintain, and review control procedures.
