I am currently a Vice Chairman at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. I began my career at Cushman & Wakefield and went on to co-head the brokerage/leasing division for Jones, Lang, Wootton (now JLL). I have been with CBRE since 1999, where I advise major corporations, tenants, and property owners on a broad range of real estate strategies in the US and abroad. I have completed over 40 million square feet of leasing transactions, facilitated the sale or refinancing of approximately 10 million square feet of properties (aggregate value exceeding $4 billion) and numerous other transactions involving most other real estate asset classes. In my position, I am fortunate to provide my clients with the necessary oversight to assure consistent high-end results regardless of size or level of complexity. My expertise in formulating corporate real estate strategy, leading corporate acquisition and disposition projects, and spearheading the process to ensure a successful execution has proven invaluable to my clients.
