Advise patrons tableside on 500+ bottle list, draft wines, beer, & spirits; meet and exceed bottle sales goals; actively participate in training new service staff on wine, beer, and spirits; assist with wine classes and lead wine-focused private events; maintain wine cellars; take inventory monthly and report any discrepancies or needs to beverage director. Lead private events ranging from 12 person formal dinners to 200 person weddings and 1300 person buyouts. Ensure every event was successfully executed and the client left happy. Give weekly winery tours and walk people through the winemaking, aging, and storing process, and answer any and all questions that arise.
