I am the primary data analyst for our senior marketing team. Using analytics tools I measure campaign effectiveness/ ongoing sales trends, as well as recommend shifts in patron segmentation and campaign targeting based on results. I use regression analysis for forecasting revenue and ticket models. In addition, I oversee and deliver all marketing and monthly dashboards.

I use Digital Analytics tracking applications to provide analysis and reports on core site metrics and inbound marketing campaigns to initiate actionable insights. I oversee all work areas for our departments related to the email marketing platform, website automation, email automation, campaigns, and manage the integration with our CRM. I deploy 3rd party vendor tags on websites with Google Tag Manager and manage Web Analytics implementation for multiple website properties with Google Analytics. I also manage all Search Engine Marketing campaigns (SEM) while working towards reducing user abandonment rates and maximizing cart conversion.

I Managed all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing (SEM), and Internet traffic metrics and analytics for the BSO Internet platform and helped wor towards reducing user abandonment rates and maximizing cart conversion.I Oversaw the BSO’s email marketing system and sent all Marketing communications. I collaborated with our Director of Marketing and Sales to ensure all outward electronic communications are effectively tracked and measured.

Managed content of the BSO website. Developed and implemented marketing and sales strategies for the website to promote the Boston Symphony, Pops, Tanglewood, and Symphony Hall. Utilized these strategies to maximize online ticket/ subscription/ merchandise sales and online donations. Oversaw the BSO's electronic advertising efforts - was primarily responsible for internet advertising with some video ad design and placement. Supervised the Web Content Editor.

Level 2 systems support of Lucent IP service products. Responsibilities include administering, and maintaining multiple LANs. Solving complex router issues either on site or in a lab environment. Solving issues relate to routing protocols such as IPSEC, OSPF, PPP, L2TP troubleshooting. Managing day-to-day phone support for Lucent Sales Engineers.

Migrated the company's workstation hardware platform from the Macintosh platform to a PC platform. Duties included, staging migration, file transfer, back-up, development of computer "ghost" images using system cloning software for several Windows 95 rollouts approximately 500 nodes.
