Asset development within CO2-EOR, provide advisory services in the related CO2 and energy sectors and includes pro-active participation in policy shaping and regulatory framework to Blue Strategies’/clients benefit. 2002 to July 2008 Falcon Gas Storage Co., Inc. (last 2 years as Director of Marketing) Responsible for commercial development of customers and market utilization of natural gas storage in various facilities but primarily the 50 bcf MoBay Natural Gas Storage Hub. This is the largest gas storage facility in development in the SE-USGC, a FERC 7(c) certificated facility with market based rates and seven interstate pipeline interconnects. March of 2006 conducted the largest and successful “Open Season” in the US Gulf Coast to date for the MoBay Gas Storage facility and market hub. Daily interaction with natural gas producers, intra and interstate gas pipelines, utilities, marketers, traders, LDC’s, municipals, policy makers and regulators on commercial opportunities, contracting and the overall regional energy markets, natural gas sourcing/pricing, carbon mitigation impacts on same and options. Through Falcon ES pursued novel CO2 storage opportunities, CO2-EOR, CCS, carbon management and potential use of CO2 for cushion gas.

Brokering physical and derivative energy products. Main customers: domestic utilities, producers, commodity funds, commercial end-users, and power marketers. Extensively involved in opening ERCOT to deregulated markets with product development and executing transactions. Pro-actively involved with the Texas Public Utilities Commission and stakeholders in market development, sitting on various committees and industry roundtables. As a partner and officer in the telecom and data ventures, developed strategy, products and revenue streams in two nascent markets. All Amerex interests sold in 2002 to pursue CO2/carbon and natural gas interests.
