This is the largest gas storage facility in development in the SE-USGC, a FERC 7(c) certificated facility with market based rates and seven interstate pipeline interconnects. March of 2006 conducted the largest and successful “Open Season” in the US Gulf Coast to date for the MoBay Gas Storage facility and market hub. Daily interaction with natural gas producers, intra and interstate gas pipelines, utilities, marketers, traders, LDC’s, municipals, policy makers and regulators on commercial opportunities, contracting and the overall regional energy markets, natural gas sourcing/pricing, carbon mitigation impacts on same and options. Through Falcon ES pursued novel CO2 storage opportunities, CO2-EOR, CCS, carbon management and potential use of CO2 for cushion gas.
