VarStaff Inc. Cleaning, Passivation, and Verification Technician (Contractor @ Blue Origin: Van Horn, Tx)• Precision cleaning, and passivation of precision components. • Ultrasonic Cleaning of components.• Full inspection of components and verifying they are compliant with company standards. • Understanding of using various chemicals such as Phosphoric Acid, Citric Acid and Turco to accomplish the cleaning and passivation of components.• Experience in a Cleanroom environment and understanding of cleanroom requirements. Such as Particulate counts and Non-Volatile Residue Testing.• Cleanroom Packaging Experience.• Components are precision cleaned in a Cleanroom Standard ISO 7.• Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings.• Use of precision tools.• Fast Paced, very detailed oriented environment with not a whole lot of room for error as we do work on flight hardware that might affect the performance of the vehicle. • Working on high pressure systems.• Leak/ Pressure / Function Test of certain components.• Rebuilding of Cryo Valves, hand valves, and Norman filters. • Streamline work procedure instruction. • Writing Work Procedure instructions on certain components that are used in our daily work function.

Duties include:•Maintenance of heavy machineryChecking oil,making sure everything is in good working order.•Organization and inventory handler. Organize all inventory and taking in deliveries of incoming equipment and/or parts and hardware.•Equipment and parts Runner.Would assist in all Journeyman and Forman with delivering equipment and inventory as needed.•Heavy machinery operator Moving of various heavy machinery equipment around the job site.
