Michael joined CBRE in 2000 and is part of the Cincinnati Multi-Market Advisory & Transaction Team, which leverages their specific expertise in performing multi-disciplinary transactions and full portfolio analysis. The team serves as an advisor to corporations in making highly informed real estate decisions, reducing costs, creating value, and improving performance. His primary responsibilities include the day-to-day oversight of his clients’ account Transactions and Portfolio Management. As Transaction Manager, Michael coordinates CBRE Brokerage personnel in property acquisition and disposition throughout the United States. This includes strategic planning and implementation of the real estate initiatives with regards to new or existing facilities.
