I managed two sales teams responsible for the origination of new business for the bank’s corporate trust and depositary receipts activities in the Latin America region. Within the corporate trust business, my team and I provided critical transaction infrastructure and support on our clients’ cross border and local financing and corporate finance.

I began at Ambac shortly after Ambac and MBIA dissolved their joint venture to develop international business. I was brought on to help Ambac grow and develop its global emerging markets business. I originated and closed over $4.5 billion of cross border and local market securitizations and project finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

I began working at Barclays on a desk that was responsible for the origination and execution of 4(a)2 private placements and exoteric securitizations. From there I was a co-founder of the bank’s Latin American Structured Finance Team, which was part of the Latin American Debt Capital Markets Team and responsible for originating and execution structured.

I was a credit ratings analyst in the rating agency’s Emerging Markets Structured Finance team. In addition to my work analyzing structured finance transactions, I co-authored the agency’s future flow securitization methodology and provide periodic written research on topical matters impacting the structured finance markets.

I began my career in the corporate trust office of what is now part of JPMorgan Chase. I was responsible for the negotiation, closing and day-to-day management of structured finance transactions across the Americas.
