We at Momentum Counseling Services want to help you get to where you want to be in your life. Whether that's improving trust and connection in your marriage or intimate relationship; dealing and coping with loss; decreasing levels of anxiety; finding meaning, direction, and purpose in your life; helping your teenager navigate their complex (and sometimes scary) environment; enhancing family relationships; exploring pivotal beliefs and spirituality; understanding and exploring anger issues; or reaching your fullest potential in academic, occupational, or athletic competition. We want to support you and help you progress in the areas that are most important to you.We are located conveniently at the South end of the Salt Lake Valley, just off of I-15, in Sandy, Utah. We are happy to serve the local community and also enjoy providing trusting referrals for those seeking support, but don't know quite where to start.
