I love to learn new things. I started at a concrete company as a laborer, doing most of the physical work of the job. I later learned how to finish concrete and become a better asset. Duties included, pouring one job and then forming another job to prepare for the next day. Also, cleaning up jobs and sealing them as well.Currently, I am a working supervisor of an off shift at Steelite International. Duties include, prioritizing tasks for both afternoon and midnight shifts, finishing any work that my employees cannot do and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
