Industrial Applications INC is a nationwide commercial flooring company. As the northern divisions superintendent I was responsible for managing all field crews and all aspects of their work. My responsibilities included assuring the quality of workmanship, making sure jobs were completed on time, supervising crews and coordinating their time so they showed up as needed to jobs, as well as managing job cost. I was also responsible for Job costing, Payroll, participating in pre-construction meetings, and meeting with new and existing clients.
