Michael P. Morrow is an attorney at Hill Wallack with significant experience advising clients in complex commercial real estate transactions and commercial financing. Michael has represented clients in the purchase, sale, disposition, and development of hotels, solar farms, office centers, warehouses, and retail centers. He has represented New Jersey, New York, and Delaware business entities and trustees throughout the bankruptcy process. He has also represented borrowers in the negotiation and structuring of commercial loan modifications.Before joining Hill Wallack, Michael was a partner in the Princeton office of a mid-sized New Jersey-based firm representing national and community banks and private lenders in secured lending transactions including lines of credit financing, loan modifications and restructurings. Prior to this role, Michael was an associate handling bankruptcy matters at a boutique firm.
