Project Management and Governance responsibility for on time and on budget delivery of contracted services to Transport for NSW, including end to end transition of services for Information Security Management, Transformation Support, Incumbent Disengagement/Transition-in and Operating Level Agreement establishment with key suppliers. Transformation of all agencies from existing to new homogenous network infrastructure.

Responsible for leading the NSW service team and operational relationships of a portfolio of key customers. Enhancing customer experience and contribution to Macquarie Telecom, and participation in development of the national service vision.

Proactive Service Delivery Management following ITIL processes for retention and growth of a portfolio of key Enterprise customers which have included ASX, Link Market Services, Veolia Environmental Services, King & Wood Mallesons, Herbert Smith Freehills, Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson), Veda Advantage, Inghams Enterprises, Suttons Motors Group, KONE Elevators and ISS Facility Services. Providing the key delivery interface into Telstra, ensuring effective service delivery for customer success, contract management, P&L. Interaction at senior strategic level – including CxO relationships.

Governance according to constitution, charter, and strategic plan. Donor management. Chairman Security Committee.
