As a Regional Facilities Manager I’m the face of Vixxo to client (7/11 and Speedway)sites within my region. • Managed a staff of Data Entry Clerks, Level One Service Techs, Customer Service (Phone Support) Techs and Field Techs which supported the HPAS (HEALTHSOUTH Patient Accounting System), a Unix based system. • Assisted in the set-up of the Regional Business Office; including hiring staff, the renovation of the new office space, set up of all the computer systems, including wiring, PC installation and set-up.• Traveled to 60+ facilities in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan to set-up new computer systems and HPAS.• Responsible for the training of all authorized personnel to use the HPAS and Windows Computer systems.
