• Tasked with personally managing a complex credit portfolio consisting of significant exposure to the bank secured by income producing commercial real estate properties for 15 ultra-high net worth real estate investors and developers who live in Arizona, NM, CA or LV.• General responsibilities include understanding the Borrower’s credit needs and financial objectives, evaluating business and personal financial statements, determining reoccurring cash flow available to service debt, and providing custom credit solutions that align to borrower objectives in a manner that satisfies corporate goals/objectives.• Specifically accountable for credit underwriting and origination, portfolio monitoring, renewals and annual reviews, coordination of pricing, and for revenue growth, cross-sell, and relationship profitability. Manages and promotes the maintenance of a portfolio that adheres to all applicable credit policies and compliance requirements. Works with clients directly to understand credit needs and represents the bank in developing and maintaining client relationships.

• Responsible for analyzing complex companies and ultra-high net worth sponsors, and presenting findings to senior management. Functions include: conducting complex credit investigations and analyzing diverse commercial credit information for loans, analyzing/formalizing documentation of loan transactions, assisting in preparation of credit reports for presentation to lending officers and approval committees, performing research/analysis related to projects such as industry studies and management reports.• Accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to business banking company policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation of remediation issues, and making sound risk decisions.• Analyzed a variety of Commercial Real Estate projects, including multi-family, industrial, and office / single-tenant properties and multi-tenant properties / General Purpose properties and Special Purpose properties / with an emphasis on project cash flow and global cash flow, Rollover Risk, Debt Yield, and enhanced Guarantor Analysis via a Guarantor Real Estate Schedule.• Worked as THE Credit Analyst for the AZ Investor Real Estate group to manage their credit portfolio by assisting with all aspects of portfolio management. Performed complex credit underwriting on nearly $300 million of income producing real estate secured debt held by AZ BBG. Lead the regional credit analyst team (Midwest, Southwest, Southeast, Northeast) in production of credits underwritten by over 36%.

• Hired directly for a formal business banking training program through Wells Fargo BBG. The training program is designed to assist new business bankers in financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, preparing support documentation, pricing and loan structuring to ultra-high net worth sponsors/guarantors and businesses with $2MM-$50MM in annual revenue.• Successfully completed and passed the “Omega Performance” commercial-credit curriculum, used, by thousands of lenders worldwide. There were two key components to this curriculum: (1) Foundational Accounting for Lenders and (2) Commercial Loans for Small Business. Omega develops high-performing commercial lenders by equipping its trainees to help identify and evaluate commercial lending opportunities, analyze and mitigate risks, and structure/manage commercial loans focusing on credit culture.

• Took an underperforming disengaged team that ranked worst in the North Phoenix Market out of 15 stores 2 years running into a highly engaged top performing branch, quarter after quarter.• Nominated and won Circle of Stars on three separate occasions for two branches managed: Top Store Manager in the Region, for Q3, 2015 ; Q3, 2014 ; and Q1, 2015.
