As the Senior Technical Director for a $350M business unit, provided senior level program planning and execution to high priority programs ($500M) and provided technical solution development in O&M service delivery, enterprise architecture, data architecture, information architecture/analysis, systems engineering, COTS solutions/integration, Application Service Provider (ASP) /Infrastructure Provider (ISP) architectures and service delivery, mission applications, network design/performance, data system modernization, engineering-based cost analysis, business process analysis and improvement.Lead an internal initiative within a $7B (19,000 people) operating group to implement specific activities across the organization’s lines of business which resulted in changes to operations and business strategy.

Provided program management and systems engineering support to DARPA & AFRL.

Developed cohesive, self-sufficient engineering programs and new business in naval science and technology, engineering and research and development. Managed dispersed engineering teams in a distributed environment across JJMA’s North American business units.
