Current: Engineering Manager managing engineers in Montgomery, AL and San Antonio, TX who are supporting the Air Force NIPRNet Gateway System sustainment as well as overseeing a number of tasks that engineers across the program are assigned to work. The largest of these tasks is the complete restructure and rewrite of the AF Gateway Technical Orders.Previous: Project Manager for the Combat Information Transport System (CITS) Engineering and Implementation Services contract. In this role, I managed the day-to-day activities of all seven active tasks of the CITS Services team in their role of supporting the entire CITS program. I directly managed seven task leads, and ultimately 75 people in all on the contract. I had to stay apprised of all aspects of their support roles and assigned project and I had to interface with the CITS PMO on a daily basis regarding these projects. In addition, I was the project manager for several high-visibility and specialized engineering and implementation projects that the CITS PMO has placed under our management.

: I was the Chief Engineer at the Enterprise Network Support Center (ENSC) at Maxwell Air Force Base – Gunter Annex in Montgomery, Alabama. I managed 18 engineers on all technical issues in providing support and engineering to more than 200 Air Force, Air Force Reserves, Air National Guard, and Theater Deployed Units around the world on the Combat Information Transport System (CITS) suite of equipment and software that comprise a complete network security solution to the bases. This includes firewalls, proxies/internet caching, routers, switches, DNS, VPN and a host of other monitoring, intrusion detection and network security systems.
