I have over 9 years experience in the disability sector, my experience in the sector goes from a instructor at a day placement centre, producing and implementing individual lifestyle plans, supervising staff, training, employing staff and controlling budgets. Youth work experience which ranges from working in residential care, case managing with a case load of up to 10 and at times more. I have also supervised staff, budgets, working with the department of human services and other stakeholders that work in a young persons care team. I have a goal of working in family services that look at preventing child being removed from the family home. My strengths are working with people with disabilities.
