• Supervising both the depot and field-based teams, including administration, warehouse, and engineering personnel.
• Coordinating logistics for job installations, deinstallations, breakdowns, and on-site routine maintenance.

• As a Workshop Supervisor, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Royal Mail commercial workshop.Responsibilities included:
• Managing a number of workshops ranging from small single shift light vehicle sites, to large HGV workshops running multiple shift patterns.
• Allocating jobs within technical teams based on individuals' strengths and weaknesses, in order to successfully achieve maximum efficiency and vehicle availability.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards both in workshops and on mobile work units.
• Managing technicians time sheets and payroll inputting.
• Scheduling overtime attendance and planned work to ensure the time is used efficiently.

• Diagnosing and rectifying faults within vehicles, alongside performing routine preventative maintenance for the Royal Mail fleet.Responsibilities include:
• Performing routine maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models within the fleet, and on external customer vehicles.
• Maintaining efficiency in line with and often under job standard times.
• Helping to alleviate pressure at other workshops as both a technician and supervisor, gaining experience in HGV workshops and other light workshops
