My responsibilities include all branch operations, including warehousing, shipping/receiving, customer service, Federal,State and local regulations including DOT and OSHA. Inventory Management, Freight Management.All employee management including salaried,hourly and temp services.Manage all customer orders and deliveries via our local service and LTL deliveries via multiple common carriers and negotiate favorable rates to gain advantage for our company and our customers.Maintain fully accurate inventory at all times and accurate transfers between branches over 10 other states in our system.

I was involved in design and production as also shipping, receiving, warehousing, purchasing, inventory management, LTL, logistics, rate negotiations with vendors and common carriers.
