Supported seven major customers throughout the Americas. • Rolled out new work prioritization process to more closely monitor what work is waiting for resources and then deciding which effort is the next to be worked.• Assisted in conversion from proprietary software to package software by Red Prairie. Work included developing new costing models, establishing roles and responsibilities, change management with business operations.• Last project was a $1.9M effort integrating a new customer to the Red Prairie WMS and starting up a new building. Effort included FTP data communications linking a myriad of host systems to the WMS, Radio Frequency terminals (RF) installation, software setup, testing, training and post go live support

Completed project in the allotted time and budget.• Responsible for the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll implementation team, a project completed on time and within its $1.8 million budget.• Helped the group to develop a methodology to document service requests and manage customer expectations for work requested from the IS Development group. Created a customer scorecard to measure satisfaction with IS services.• Led a cross-functional team that solved a cash application problem, bringing the unapplied cash from over $70 million to less than $20 million in nine months.

Worked as a team with the sales managers overcoming technical objections and bringing the sales process to a close.• Created a checklist used to design new systems that improved accuracy and thoroughness. Implemented an official performance review process for a three-person team. Systems were for handling freight bill rating and payment functions. Each of these systems handled in excess of 200,000 invoices annually and more than $100 million. Customers included Dow Chemical, Scott Paper, M&M Mars, and Exxon Chemical.
