As it has long been said, most "accidents'­; are directly related to the "Human Factor". It is this that our courses target. What makes a sensible person carryout an unsafe act? Mindset!Safety should be a commitment not compliance!Our second course, the 555, focuses more specifically on trackside personnel. We discuss the 5 greatest operational hazards to life and corridor workers, 5 Trackside lifesaving rules and 5 behaviours to enhance trackside safety. This course is ultimately a leadership course that is completed after individuals have attended the SSA course.Following these programs, I visit all workgroups and assess coaching requirements. My aim is to provide individuals with the ability to recognise any issues that may present a danger to themselves or their workmates. I discuss work based issues as well as any at home. I am not there to sort their problems out, only to empower them to help themselves.It is our aim to make sure that every employee is given the opportunity to go home to the things or people that they hold dear. Supervising the day to day operations of the Ballast Cleaning and Drainage. The consist being the RM900 Ballast Cleaning Machine, High Production Tampers, High Production Regulator, Track Stabiliser and Variations of earthworks machinery (Contractors)

Supervised the day to day operations of the RM900 Ballast Cleaning Machine. Supervised approximately 7 staff.

Supervise the day to day operation of the Resurfacing team consisting of four track machines and approximately 15 staff

Supervising the day to day operations of track gangs carrying out maintenance to the track infrastructure on the Mt Isa and Newlands lines. Supervising approximately 12 to 15 staff.

Carried out all types of track maintenance on the Mt Isa line.
