•Train and supervise a team of 5 employees working for the Water Supply Section•Coordinate the Drinking Water Program, Safe Dams Program, and the Water Well Programs for the Nashville Field Office service area. •Ensure that annual inspections are performed at all 93 public water systems within the Nashville service area•Ensure that personnel under my supervision are meeting their assigned work goals with completion dates that support the program’s annual work plan•Complete job plans and performance evaluations for all employees under my direct supervision, including interim and annual reviews•Manage the enforcement of established environmental standards, laws, rules, regulations, and administrative policies and procedures•Manage personnel providing technical expertise in handling disaster situations involving, transportation, and industrial accidents, as well as natural catastrophes within the geographic region served by the Nashville Field Office•Manage the preparation and maintenance of operating records and reports •Manage employees performing environmental monitoring work including sampling and evaluation of pollutants to determine environmental compliance with the state and federal regulations

•Perform comprehensive inspections on industrial and commercial facilities regulated by the division of Air Pollution Control •Investigate complaints from the public and gather evidence as needed•Draft Notices of Violation as necessary •Maintain a compliance database of vehicles owned by government•Conduct audits on the county clerks in the counties requiring emission testing to ensure that all subject vehicle testing was complete•Maintain a database of permitted gasoline facilities in the middle Tennessee region to ensure compliance with vapory recovery testing regulations
