Managed, designed and developed a direct marketing suite of products: segmentation tool, response analysis reporting and data mining analytics. These products were developed using Delphi and .NET utilizing ODBC/OLEDB to communicate with the clients marketing databases. Campaign management software allowed marketers to launch sophisticated multi-stage marketing campaigns, track results, run AdHoc queries, extract data, and create reports.Developed and managed proprietary internal software programs that were used in the deduplication of clients marketing data. Responsible for a significant growth in corporate revenue, due to the success of the campaign management application, revenue grew more than 250% over the last three years. The increase in sales and revenue also led to a doubling in the number of full-time employees.

Developed and enhanced scientific software for real time chemical identification and analysis using C++ Object Windows in a Windows 3.1, Windows NT and OS/2 environment for use on PC workstations. The software used input data from telescopes, spectroscopes, lasers, nuclear waste sites, etc, and would be able to determine the identity, calibration and concentration of said analytes. Flat files containing chemical properties and information were used as the database. Performed data analysis, service and C language software maintenance on chemical data and DOS software. Provided computational and graphical analysis and helped to provide training to clients on the use of the software on a variety of PC computers.
