Facility ManagerFedex Ground Sep 1999 - Jul 2016Moon Township, Pa 15108Oversee facility operations, contractors and staff-- including routine daily operations. Duties included yearly operations budgeting and planning--along with capital expenditures. Facility expansion efforts were successfully completed, to add 156,00 square feet to the usable building footprint. Requirements for all systems- HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and fire protection were all reviewed and approved before installation. Large scale data center operations were expanded upon-- adding redundancy to UPS power and additional generator capacity. Twenty HVAC units were added to the data center, two large (400 ton) chillers were added to the roof area, and 160 electrical panels for greater capacity- all completed with ZERO system downtime from old systems to new. All designs were reviewed and approved as needed. It was quite the hectic challenge.

Facility ManagementCalgon Water Management Division 1993 - 1999Oversee facility operations, contractors and staff-- including routine daily operations. Additionally, capital projects were completed in a timely fashion. Multiple remodeling projects were completed-- for our customer service area (including sound masking), cafeteria dining room, traffic management department, legal/risk management and the entire laboratory operations building of the complex. Also, a large, central chiller replacement was completed during the summer months-following a system failure. A rental system was connected and maintained for several weeks, while the new cooling system was installed.
