Fulton County/City of Atlanta Land Bank Authority Inc, Atlanta, GAProgram Manager• Collects, analyzes and prepares data to be used as a reference or starting point in strategic planning and development of projects.• Meets with community - based organizations and developers interested in developing plans for construction and/or rehabilitation of existing properties in the City of Atlanta and Fulton County• Manages Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Duties consist of purchasing properties for the NSP program for rehabilitation, preparing and reviewing scopes of work and property condition reports in order to implement development plan for properties, reviewing developers proposals for rehabilitation of properties, reconciling the use of program income from the sale of existing properties for new property purchases, and manage all holding costs for the NSP property portfolio. • Prepare, execute and monitor the progress of Land Banking agreements, purchase and seller contracts with our Non-Profit Partners.• Process and evaluate proposals requesting Tax Abatement.• Prepare project descriptions, contracts, agreements, legal descriptions, warranty deeds, acquisition and disposition of tax delinquent parcels.• Manages the maintenance, insurance, acquisition and disposition of over 200 properties. • Proficient in the training, managing, and implementation of E-property management software.
