We established Bellmac Fire and Security (an FIA, BAFE and SSAIB fire and security business), as we witnessed first hand the poor level of service customers received from national fire and security companies. The delivery was haphazard, unreliable and often engineers dispatched to work on life safety equipment had little or no training. This resulted in countless engineer return visits as well as increased costs and inconvenience for the end user. We knew the public and business deserved better. Hence we established Bellmac Fire and Security to tackle the shortfalls in operational delivery and provide the level of service we would be proud of and to put our name against. As simple as that!
