As the Legislative Director at Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (CDORA), I lead the development and implementation of the agency's legislative agenda and strategy, working with diverse stakeholders and policymakers to advance the public interest. I have over 9 years of experience in policy and legislative affairs, having previously served as the Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs at Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and the Director of Scheduling for Governor John Hickenlooper. I have a strong background in international relations and national security studies, with Bachelor of Arts degrees from University of Denver and Universidad de Costa Rica. I am fluent in Spanish and have skills in direct lobbying, government relations, and public policy analysis. I am passionate about promoting regulatory excellence, consumer protection, and social justice in Colorado and beyond.
