This can involve explicit skill development lessons, seeking insight from experts in the field, leading discussions to help encourage and empower individuals to be the best they can be, with the understanding that there is a need to continue to grow and adapt to the changing needs around them and within them. If we can create caring and collaborative communities of students and teachers that can use their collective strengths and passions, then many needs and challenges can be met.
