Currently Sales and Customer service Representative for Canyon Australia and New Zealand, my job involves me helping assist customers choosing the best product for their needs and desires and assisting them the whole way through their customer journey. A major part of my job is monitoring and dealing with inventory management for our department, ensuring that items are in place when needed but also ensuring all our invoicing is done correctly and on time. My future plans is to move into a more marketing role where I can utilise my skills at content, consumer psychology and digital skills to help customers along the way of their purchasing journey.
