I oversee projects from beginning to end, from the initial customer contact and quote/estimate for the project, working with city and county offices for permits/plans, the daily responsibilities to ensure that the project is completed on-time and on budget per our initial quote, all the way through to the final billing, invoicing, and project completion. In a small business, it is imperative that the manager is highly involved in the day to day project progress and timeline. The project success is dependent on my supervision and attention to detail to make sure the work gets done in a timely, affordable manner for the customer. This includes managing relationships and workloads between the various GCC employees on the jobsite, various other subcontractors, all while maintaining positive, open communication with the customer to be able to provide the highest customer satisfaction.

Scheduling gym time for practices and games for the Gallatin Valley Cougars homeschool team, which is a part of the statewide Montana Christian Athletic Association. Supervision of games, booking referees, bringing checks for referees at games, inventory and distribution of sports equipment, meetings with other Athletic Directors for scheduling purposes, update of team website of games, practices, and fundraisers through Google Calendar. Managing relationships with coaches, parents, and athletes. Sports organized include junior high volleyball, high school volleyball, junior high boys and girls basketball, and high school boys and girls basketball.
