Completed in late 2013- Heights at Westchase - 265 unit urban wrap style apartment project in Houston, TX. Completed in mid 2016- Heights at Campfire Crossing - 399 unit garden style apartment/townhome project in Garland (Dallas), TX. Completed mid 2018

Ronus Properties, LLC was a full service owner and developer of commercial real estate. It previously owned and managed a portfolio that includes nearly 4,000,000 square feet of shopping centers, office space and mixed-use developments in the Southeast and New England. The European sole owner decided to liquidate the assets in 2012, eventually closing the company.Responsible for managing development and construction projects across the portfolio, ranging from retail and office tenant improvements to a 6 story office building. Major projects completed include:-The Medici - a 6 story, 150,000 SF office building as Phase IV of the Piazza at Paces-Phases V & VI - master planning, entitlement and preliminary design for an 8 story, 200,000 SF office building and a 3 story, 45,000 SF office building as future components of the Piazza at Paces-The Rocca East - master planning, entitlements and design for a future 116 unit multi-family residential expansion of the existing 80 unit Rocca Apartments at The Piazza at Paces-Office tenant improvement projects for Silverton Bank, Beacham & Company, Atlanta Fine Homes, National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences-Retail construction ranging from storefront and shell delivery to full turn-key build out for tenants such as Shoe Carnival, Kirkland's Home, HH Gregg, Best Buy, Petco, Jason's Deli, Rugged Wearhouse and Starbucks
