I work at a medical facility that is part of a WAN, It has 3 remote stores. I have redesigned and streamlined the network and added redundancy to the network with fewer single points of failure. I have added new Cisco switches for the expanding company. I took the network from a 1 GHz backbone to a 10 GHz backbone. I have added new one GHZ wireless links to join buildings to the company back bone. I have deployed numerous new 2012 servers in a Hyper-V environment and retired many NT and 2003 servers. I am in charge of managing the projects and deployment of new equipment; I deployed the new medical management system (Ochin Epic). I deploy and manage the ShoreTel phone system. I brought the company into PCI compliance for credit card transaction.

I have managed a staff of 24 IT professionals for 3 years assigning them task and duties as part of their job, I had to use critical thinking in designing and building, a very large network for hotel casino enterprise.
