I re-designed these sheets so they ran automatically in excel based on numbers extracted from SAP for the mass drug customer side of our business with a primary focus on CVS. I also spent a lot of time researching the L'Oreal USA Luxury Products Division Supply Chain to make a video and e-learning tool (along with 7 other interns who I served as a co-team-leader to on a cross-functional team) which is now used to train new hires and transfers on their first days on the job. Lastly, a good amount of time was also spent taking sales projections through 2018 and translating them into operational metrics to show how growth in business effects operational efficiency and work load needs, as well as to make strategic decisions regarding the geographical make-up of the Active Cosmetics Division in years to come. -
