In my current role, I am responsible for the ongoing service improvement activities within the Global Yorktel Operations lifecycle. Always looking for opportunities to improve the performance of all Operations Services to ensure the right knowledge, experience, skillsets and processes are defined and implemented. All to ensure our customers consistently have a positive experience with Yortktel Operations.Through this, I get to work with an exceptional team of Engineers, Programmers, Project Managers, Field Installation and In-House Production teams. Collectively we identify gaps, refine processes and policies, and roll out either enhancements to existing business systems, or new solutions when needed.I started here in 2001, and every year since I have been able to continually help my team, my customers and my peers improve their offerings in many ways. I strive to maintain a positive attitude, a comfortable work environment, and a culture of respect and growth.I am an audio guy at heart; as a result I am fluent with most professional audio DSP platforms such as Biamp Tesira, Audia and Nexia, Polycom SoundStructure and ClearOne ConvergePro products. Additionally I have a very strong Video and Control background, with multiple certifications and accreditations by industry leaders such as Extron, Crestron, AMX, Polycom, Cisco and more. I also use SmartSheets, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp and most major Microsoft Office applications on a frequently and am very fluent with all of these.Currently I am excited about new technologies that are coming to fruition. Total immersion communication is here, and that makes it a very exciting time for our industry.
