While with R4 Operations Group, I operate and maintain a fleet of Motor Transport Vehicles, Heavy Equipment, and power generation. I have over 80 personnel in my unit with over 100 pieces of equipment. Our primary goal is to support all surface lift and material handling for the unit. Our secondary goal is prepare, sort, and move all excess defense articles which are wheeled assets. To date we have prepared over 141 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles. Also provide safety and professional training to all operator and mechanics.I have assumed the duties of the Battalion Logistics Officer at Combat Logistics Battalion 453and will be in charge of ensuring that the readiness of the unit get back to standards and personnel have been properly trained to assume their new roles in the unit. For this years annual training exercise in San Diego, CA I will be filling the role of Operations Officer for the Combat Logistics Company that will be in support of an Infantry unit with heavy attachments.

2nd Marine Regiment Maintenance Management Officer in which I advised the Commanding Officer on all matters related to equipment maintenance within the regiment and its impact on mission readiness. I also developed processes and procedures to ensure equipment readiness and to ensure fiscal responsibility.Regimental Combat Team 2 Camp Delaram II Logistics Officer in which I coordinated all logistical requirements aboard FOB Delaram II to include transportation, maintenance, supply, general engineering, and services. I help develop and manage all services and projects on the base with team of engineers, customers, and commanders to ensure the base was built to it purpose.As 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion Logistics Officer I assumed staff responsibility for determining logistical requirements, support, and operations for the Battalion. Which included the supervision and direction of the maintenance and redistribution of equipment within the battalion's large gear set totaling in $495 Million dollars of equipment.
