Oller Engineering, Inc., was originally formed in 1989 in Lubbock, Texas to serve the municipal clients in west Texas and the Panhandle. Since then, we have expanded to serve water resource interests across Texas and in strategic locations in the US.
OEI's strength is in our ability to serve as thought leaders for our clients in determining what is now and what is next in water resource management. Our approach is boots on the ground.
