BEI provides operations and maintenance services for municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, drinking water, ground water, and acid mine drainage treatment systems. These services include all aspects necessary to operate the system according to standard operating procedures. For drinking water and municipal wastewater systems, BEI also offers billing services for water and sewer usage. We provide full, on-site analytical laboratory services, excluding only highly specialized tests, for our wastewater and drinking water systems. Our laboratories are California State certified and capable of providing the majority of analyses required by the operating permits. BEI also provides trouble-shooting of treatment systems to improve the performance of the system in order to better meet discharge regulations, or to reduce energy and chemical costs. Ground water monitoring and report generation are also provided for land disposal and ground water remediation systems.
