Hello, I’m a product designer at Aetha Design based in Dorset. Originally from the north, I studied in York, obtaining a 1st Class Honours degree in BA Product Design and a Masters degree (Distinction) in MSc 3D Design and Technologies.From a very young age I was encouraged to learn as many practical skills as I could. I grew up on a farm, in a family with a ‘make do and mend’ attitude. This, I believe, was where my love of fixing, tinkering, and improving started. I naturally gravitated towards design as a way of improving my knowledge and continuing my passion of problem solving. My current work at Aetha Design spans multiple industries and product groups which goes hand in hand with my broad skill-set. I believe that having a wide range of skills lets you see a problem from multiple angles, and that is where true innovation lies.
