I am a decorated 26-year the Air Force veteran, where I was fortunate to lead multiple culturally diverse teams ranging from 10 to 200 members throughout the world. My expertise was on professional growth and educational development of the members to build knowledgeable teams, well versed with skills in operations and logistical management, conflict resolution, instructional training, problem solving, curriculum development, and leadership training. My goal is to use my military and volunteer experience as a strength within a team to increase unity, production and human capital. I have been directly responsible for equipment accountability worth over $1B and annual budgets worth $2M. I am familiar with automated office systems (MS Office Suite), personnel management and placement, safety/OSHA compliance, logistics management, conflict resolution, change management and project management principles.
