I have been in the insurance industry for the past 47 years and the past 37 years as Claims Manager .I started my career in general claims working 26 years for major insurers and the past 21 years as a broker.Having worked for an insurer I was approached to join a brokerage whereby I was able to utilise my expertise in presenting and negotiating claims to the insurers on the clients behalf. I am conversed in handling all claims across the general insurance portfolio which include but not limited to Commercial Business, Industrial all Risks, Motor, Marine, Liability, Corporate Travel, Management Liability, Professional Indemnity, Construction, Personal Accident, Household, Landlords and many others. After all these years I still enjoy the claims role which at times is challenging but rewarding when you are able to obtain the right outcome the client is entitled too under the policy coverage.
