I am passionate about learning, writing, encouraging others to reach their goals, and business development solutions. My career began with my home-building father. I credit my father’s success to growing up on a farm with kind, devoted, and hardworking parents. My father taught me about the way to live, work, and treat others within this entrepreneurial spirit. I began studying aviation and engineering with a simultaneous, yet pleasantly dangerous period of four years in the United States Air Force traveling around the world in a C-130 aircraft. It was during the ‘down times’ that I devoted time to writing poetry and learning. After my military service, I began to pursue a career path that was conducive to developing my analytical mindset – mechanical engineering. Personal goals: Author of over 100 poems and 110 educational papers. Completed Master of Business Administration achieving Summa Cum Laude honor, while working full time. Lived in Brazil teaching conversation and listening skills to English as a Second Language (ESL) students. Learned the Spanish language through coursework and while traveling in Mexico and Spain.Professional goals: Successfully meet production deadlines for multi-million dollar projects by utilizing production management software. Awarded top customer service representative multiple times for a FDIC banking institution. Awarded the U. S. Air Force Achievement Medal in support of earthquake victims.Learning is researching, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. It is a careful assessment of the needs and resources of the organization and employing a strategy to bring about success.Writing is expressing the needs and the solutions creatively through words that capture and promote the ideals of the organization.Encouraging is reaching out and supporting the human resources.
