• Assisting in the Preparation and administration of the organization payroll, monitoring the Time and attendance (TA) system to ensure that the days to be paid tally with the working days obtain from the TA. • Monitor staff daily attendance in the office and those working in the field and update the same on the payroll system to tally with attendance. • Update staff leave records and maintain the leave balance for all staff by ensuring all the leave approval procedures are done before one proceeds on leave.
