Network Systems Deputy Department Head. Leads a team of 2 military officers, 11 civilians, and 18 contractors providing program office-level management and support for satellite communications ground systems located around the world; responsible for development, installation, integration, configuration management, and cybersecurity/maintenance of Department of Defense (DoD) narrowband ground systems.

Fleet Information Management Officer. Leads a team of 4 officers, 5 CPOs, and 30 ITs in the execution of communications and information systems (CIS) operations supporting the Fleet Maritime Operations Center (MOC). Establishes fleet IM policy/standards and fulfills Staff IM requirements.

Chief Systems Engineer. Leads 7 IT contractors in the management, customization, information assurance, and support of existing and emerging C2, ISR, and Cross Domain Solution (CDS) systems used to improve the joint and coalition warfighter's C2 capabilities through the assessment and resolution of joint and coalition interoperability issues. Manages 9 computer test lab environments and 5 unclassified and classified networks. Cleared for Top Secret information and granted access to Sensitive Compartmented Information based on a single scope background investigation completed by Defense Security Service/Office of Personnel Management.

Automated Data Processing (ADP) Officer. Led a division of 24 enlisted personnel in system administration, information assurance, and configuration management for hardware and software components, to include Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Global Command Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M), Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), and a variety of Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS) local area networks. Stood the watch as Officer of the Deck (OOD) inport and underway, Command Information Center Watch Officer (CICWO), Duty Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) Officer, and Assistant Command Duty Officer (ACDO).

Led a team of 4 Joint NCOs (E5-E7) and 1 CWO in the development, maintenance, and enforcement of formal security remediation, incident reporting/containment/correction, security violation corrections, and IAVM compliance for over 16,000 clients across unclassified and classified networks for units in Afghanistan's Regional Command East (RC-East).
