Grew organization from membership of 20 to 300, educating them all about the fundamentals of real estate investing, financing, and development. Oversee leadership team to recruit members and form partnerships with real estate firms nationwide, allowing students to underwrite deals for select partners. Ran and facilitated events with high-profile real estate investors, including Ralph Rosenberg (Partner, Global Head of Real Estate at KKR), Jim Garman (Co-Head of Real Estate, Goldman Sachs), and Tim Grisius (Global Officer of M&A and Real Estate, Marriott International).

Created and ran the largest collegiate entrepreneurship conference in the country, the Harvard Venture Capital Group's Entrepreneurship Summit. Fundraised over $50,000 for the event, and brought in keynote speakers including the founders of Toast, Nextdoor, New Enterprise Associates, and KAYAK. Facilitated involvement of and representatives from Bessemer, Accel, Insight, Lightspeed, In-Q-Tel, Apax, and all the world’s top venture capital firms, as well as unicorn founders of Loom, Salsify, Vulcanforms, Intelycare, Formlabs, and Tulip.

Completed Wall Street Prep’s Financial Modeling and PowerPoint course, developing advanced financial modeling techniques, valuation methods, and professional PowerPoint presentation skills. Built Excel models to determine optimal pricing for a potential LNG bunkering customer purchasing from a small-scale liquefier in the Southeast US. Developed and presented comprehensive market research reports for new opportunities in South Africa and Colombia to inform decision makers on risks/rewards of entering new region.

Evaluate finances and investment potential of public securities and stocks; speak and interact with invested companies' CEOs and Investment Officers; collaborate with sell-side equities analysts to accurately project revenue and free cash flow; create investment memos, decks, and theses.

Conduct research and write policy briefs and papers for Senior Policy Fellows on topics like police unions, the New York City transportation system, netting taxes, and the US-China trade relationship.

Serve as a research assistant to Professor Jeff Miron, Senior Lecturer at Harvard University and Vice President for Research at the Cato Institute. Assist in researching and writing op-ed columns on topics pertaining to libertarianism. Researched economic impacts of the current $7,500 federal subsidy of electric vehicles as instituted by the "Inflation Reduction Act of 2022"; produced original analysis, synthesizing existing research while producing my own on the topic.

Managed investor relations and oversaw fundraising strategies of over 1.5M€ from seven seed investors; coordinated expansion plans to bring company services beyond Spain and into the rest of Europe.

Worked directly with partners in purchasing and developing real estate investments in the West Loop area of Chicago. Analyzed and filled out pro forms, income statements, and rent rolls. Conducted market research on other properties to purchase in the area as well.
