Michael is certified in electronic discovery management and has consulted on a number of electronic data collections. In addition, he has worked with a number of e-discovery vendors and has experience with a number of on-line document repositories including Relativity, Attenex, Prevail, Caselogistix, and Discovery Partner. Michael is a Certified Relativity Administrator (RCA) and has experience using Introspect, Summation, and Caselogistix to manage documents during all phases of litigation. He also has experience with Trial Director and Case Notebook/Live Note to assist in the management of hearings and trials.Michael has a full understanding of the discovery process and is able to initiate and manage work at each phase. While at AAF-McQuay, he developed a number of litigation management databases and worked extensively with department heads to manage the company's litigation.
