He has led commercial workstreams in large government procurements – writing procurement and evaluation strategies, shaping the initial contract, and negotiating potential solutions when conflict appears mid-term. He also facilitates implementing a collaborative business culture within organisations and helps clients to evaluate suppliers based on collaboration. Michael is also experienced and certified in information security (CISM), information risk (CRISC) and privacy (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT).
