Michael brings nearly 25 years of consulting experience to help organisations be more collaborative. This includes advising on consortium working, supporting clients to include collaboration in procurement evaluation, improving client / supply chain relationships, and supporting disaggregated supply chains to be more collaborative. He has also led aspects of very large procurement programmes – writing procurement strategies, shaping the initial contract, evaluating responses, and negotiating potential solutions when conflict appears mid-term. Michael is passionate about people development whether that be training, coaching or wellbeing support. He always brings a fresh perspective to any project – spotting the key questions and issues early, bringing creativity into all aspects of design and delivery, and distilling highly complex situations into simple language and formats.
